What this company has actually learned. One entry per learning. The rest of the repo can reference these.

Not a blog. A record of which assumptions were tested, which held, and which broke. The company's founding metric — did we get better at solving today's problem than we were yesterday? — is checked against this folder.

Conventions

• Filename: YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md. Date is the day the learning was recorded.
• Tone: prompt-style. State the learning. State what changed. Move on.
• Old learnings stay even if they turn out to be wrong. Add a header line saying so. The trail of how thinking updated is part of the record.
